We aim to offer every customer the most reliable, flexible, and cost-effective postage options through our preferred shipping partner, Australia Post. We offer shipping from Melbourne, Australia for a flat rate:
Parcel Post
Shipping Cost: Shipping is dependant on the weight of the item/items you have ordered
Delivery Time:
Same state: 2–7 business days
Interstate (metro to metro): 3–10 business days. For customers in remote areas (Western Australia, Northern Territory and Northern Queensland please note that sometimes it can take longer than a week for delivery)
Express Post
$ Express post is an extra $4.5 added to the standard shipping rate which depends on the weight of the item/items you have purchased
Delivery Time: 1-7business days*
* Express Post is the fastest way to get your order, but Australia Post can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive, especially if you live in a remote part of Australia
Current postage delivery times for your address are available at Australia Post.
If you order multiple items, we'll automatically combine postage to ensure you get the best rate possible.
Delivery
Most items are dispatched within 1-4 business days of receiving your order.
Parcel tracking is available via Australia Post.
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave it in safe place at your delivery address or it will be available for collection at your local Australia Post outlet, depending on the option you select at checkout.
Late Delivery or Missing Parcels
If your item hasn’t arrived after 12days, please contact our Customer Service team and we will investigate the whereabouts of your parcel and do our best to resolve the situation. There is no need to worry or get anxious. We are here to help in the rare case that items go missing in the network.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchanges are not accepted.
Most items are preowned and are sold as is. We do our best to show the condition and if there are any imperfections. To avoid future issues we would kindly ask all our valuable customers to assess the description and pictures of the items before purchase. If you have any questions we are happy to assist you, simply contact our Customer Service team.
We understand that sometimes things happen, please contact us if you have problems with your order and we will do our best to work through the situation.
Payment is required at checkout via card or PayPal.

Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our items are subject to change without notice.
We take as much care as possible to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are listed correctly. The images form part of the description and should be considered to determine the quality of the item. If you believe an item is significantly different from the description, you may be eligible for a refund.

Item conditions
We want to ensure there are no surprises when you receive your items. As most things we sell are second-hand, the condition of items does vary. To make it easier to determine an item’s quality, we have made honest descriptions of our products and have taken photos of imperfections so you can determine whether the product is suited to your taste and standards.
Fashion & Accessories:
NEW: WITH TAGS
This item is brand new and still has its original product information attached to it.
NEW: WITHOUT TAGS
This item has not been worn and remains in new condition but no longer has tags attached.
USED: AS NEW
This item has rarely been worn and still looks new.
USED: VERY GOOD
This item has been washed a few times but has been well looked after. There are no significant flaws however there could be slight markings of “general wear and tear” including, but not limited to: slight fading, minor scuffing, and faint marks.
USED: GOOD
This item has been noticeably washed and worn a few times but is still wearable. Minor faults including, but not limited to: pilling, loose threads, marks, creases and fabric roughness.
USED: FAIR
This item shows signs of significant use but is still wearable. Faults including, but not limited to: wash wear, fading and stretching.
USED: POOR
This item is suitable for upcycling purposes. Faults may include rips, tears or faulty zippers.
Books
BRAND NEW
This item is in the same immaculate condition as when it was published.
USED: AS NEW
This book may have been open and read but there are no defects to the book, cover or pages.
USED: VERY GOOD
This book has some small signs of wear, but no tears or other damage to either the paper or binding.
USED: GOOD
This book has obviously been read or shelved a few times and may include wear and tear such as folded pages and creases on the book spine.
USED: FAIR
This book has complete pages, but is significantly worn.
USED: POOR
This book is significantly damaged. Defects may include soil, stains and scuffs and it may also have loose or missing pages.
From time to time, we offer discounts or promo codes that can be redeemed online. To use these, simply enter the code at checkout and relevant items will automatically be discounted in accordance with the terms of the offer.
If you experience any issues using a discount code, please get in touch with the Customer Support team.
Typically, discount codes are not available in conjunction with other offers. The full terms of each discount code will be provided upon receipt of the code.
Items cannot be reserved on our online store. Items will be confirmed once you’ve made payment at checkout. As most items are one-off finds, we recommended checking out as soon as possible to ensure the item’s yours.
Please note, as all the items are custom made for you by a third party and sent from different locations, delivery of some items may require more than 20 days, if you order POD, we ask that you exercise patience as you await your order to arrive. It is
recommended to not order at the last moment.
Before purchasing, please note that we do not accept returns and do not provide size exchanges for POD items. All orders are not refundable.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted via FORM to no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Unclaimed returns get donated by the supplier to charity after 30 days.
Please ensure you correctly write out the return address.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene
reasons.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made
for any purpose whatsoever.
